社区家庭服务利用及需求状况调查  

The Study on the Usage and Need of Family Service in Community of Beijing

摘　　要：采用定量研究方法,选择北京市朝阳区望京街道的京籍居民、非京籍居民及韩国居民各200人进行调查,研究发现,居民对现有社区家庭服务有一定程度的了解,但经常使用社区家庭服务的居民所占比例偏低,现有社区家庭服务不能充分有效地发挥其功能。居民最突出的家庭服务需求体现在营养健康、医疗保健与文体娱乐活动等方面。京籍居民对文体娱乐活动、技能培训以及志愿服务方面的需求、了解和使用情况,均显著高于国内非京籍居民;中国居民对社区医疗保健、文体娱乐活动、技能培训以及志愿服务方面的需求、了解及使用情况,均显著高于韩国居民。We adopted the quantitative study method and selected 600 residents as a sample to finish the questionnaires,including Beijing residents,migrant population and South Korean residents.The study showed that residents knew some kinds of family service provided by communities.However the usage rate of family service was low.The current community family service are not able to function effectively.The most prominent needs included nutrition health,medical care and recreational activities.The study finds that the proportion of knowing,using family service and the needs on recreational activities,skill training and voluntary service are higher among Beijing residents than migrant population.The study also finds that Chinese people have more needs on community medical care,recreational activities,skill training and voluntary service than South Korean residents.
