摘  要:在10 L双层玻璃反应釜中,以聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为分散稳定剂,偶氮二异丁脒盐酸盐为引发剂,丙烯酰胺(AM)与甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)在硫酸铵溶液中进行分散聚合,制备了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)水包水乳液。采用正交实验考察了单体总用量、单体摩尔比、硫酸铵用量、搅拌转速等对CPAM黏均相对分子质量和流动性的影响。以高岭土悬浮液为模拟废水,CPAM水包水乳液为絮凝剂,进行絮凝应用研究。实验结果表明,CPAM水包水乳液的最佳合成方案为单体总用量13%(w)、n(AM)∶n(DMC)=85∶15、硫酸铵用量33%(w)、搅拌转速230 r/min。在最佳絮凝条件为CPAM质量浓度3.0 mg/L、CPAM相对分子质量2.27×10~6、搅拌转速300 r/min、搅拌时间8 min、 pH=4的条件下,CPAM水包水乳液对高岭土悬浮液的除浊率最高可达97.07%。In a 10 L double-glass reactor,cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM) water-in-water emulsion was prepared by the dispersion polymerization of acrylamide(AM) and methacryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) in ammonium sulfate solution with poly(methacryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) as the dispersion stabilizer and 2,2'-azobis(2-methylpropionamide) dihydrochloride as the initiator. The effects of experimental conditions(including the total concentration of monomers,the molar ratio of AM to DMC,the concentration of ammonium sulfate,and agitation rate) on the relative molecular weight and fluidity of CPAM emulsion were investigated by orthogonal tests. The optimum synthesis method is as follows:the total amount of monomer is 13%(w),n(AM)∶ n(DMC) 85 ∶ 15,w((NH4)2SO4) is 33%,stirring rate is 230 r/min. The flocculation performance of CPAM emulsion was explored using kaolin suspension as simulated wastewater and CPAM emulsion as the flocculant. The experimental results showed that the turbidity removal rate of kaolin could reached 97.07% by using CPAM emulsion,the optimum flocculation conditions are as follows:CPAM concentration 3.0 mg/L,CPAM relative molecular weight is 2.27×10^6,stirring rate is 300 r/min,stirring time is 8 min,pH 4.
