摘 要:通过使用层次分析法和线性加权函数法,得出指标体系中各项指标的权重数值,在此基础上利用线性加权法计算出县域内各乡镇的承载力综合值,探讨了泗县资源环境承载能力,为泗县未来国土空间布局规划的顺利展开铺垫基础。通过对泗县资源环境综合承载力状况的深入分析和研究得知:泗县县域范围内15个乡镇的资源环境承载力综合数值居于0. 493~0. 717之间,具有一定程度上的差别;泗县资源环境承载力总体上处于中等水平;提出从资源、环境、社会、经济几方面来提高泗县整体资源环境承载能力,制定科学合理的国土空间规划。By using the analytic hierarchy process and the linear weighting function method, the weight values of various indicators in the indicator system are determined. On this basis, the linear weighted method is used to calculate the comprehensive value of resource and environmental carrying capacity of each township in the county, and the resource carrying capacity of Si County is analyzed, which lays a foundation for the smooth development of the land planning of Si County. Through the analysis and research on the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Si County, the comprehensive value of resource and environmental carrying capacity of 15 towns is between 0.493 and 0.717, which has a certain degree of difference;the resource and environmental carrying capacity of Si County is generally at a medium level. It is suggested to improve the overall resources and environment carrying capacity of Si County, and formulates scientific and reasonable land and space planning from the aspects of resources, environment and socio-economic conditions.
