苏北大运河沿线区域经济增长动力结构分析

摘　　要：运用超越对数生产函数的随机前沿模型测算了苏北运河沿岸9县区市2000～2016年的全要素生产率增长率,分析了其增长率的时空特征。研究结果表明:(1)用两步法探索随机前沿的模型参数,发现增加运河年航运量、运河航运里程数、二产占比、城市化比率和基础设施建设等5个影响变量后,模型解释力提升了42. 5%,其中影响变量对生产效率的作用效果呈现显著性差异。(2)聚类分析将苏北大运河沿岸县区市生产效率分成四种类型,区位优势、要素优势和工业基础水平影响着四类县域全要素生产率的层级水平。(3)经济增长动力结构中,资本投入贡献最大,TFP贡献次之,劳动要素贡献最低,资本投入挤压效应和资源禀赋条件影响经济增长动力结构特征。最后文章提出了政策建议。This paper uses the stochastic frontier model of trans-log production function to measure the growth rate of total factor productivity in 9 counties along the Grand Canal in northern Jiangsu from 2000 to 2016, and probes into the dynamic structural characteristics of county economic growth in Jiangsu. The research conclusions are as follows:(a) By estimating the model parameters of stochastic frontier with two-step method, we find that the explanatory power of the model increases by 42.5% by adopting five variables affecting the production efficiency, namely, annual canal shipping volume, canal shipping mileage, proportion of second industry, urbanization ratio and infrastructure level. The effects of influencing variables on production efficiency show significant differences.(b) After cluster analysis, the counties and urban areas along the Grand Canal in northern Jiangsu are divided into four categories. The advantages of location, industrial foundation and resource endowment affect the level of TFP in four types of counties.(c)In the proportion of the contribution of factors driven to county economic growth, the contribution of capital is the highest;the contribution of total factor productivity is the second, and the contribution of labor is the lowest;The endowment such as industrial foundation, factors and policy, and the squeezing result from capital input influence on the engine structure of county economic growth. Finally, the article puts forward policy recommendations.
