摘 要:目的研究2种放松训练方法下海勤人员心率变异性(HRV)的量化改变,为疗养期心理训练方法的选择提供依据。方法选择2013年于南京军区杭州疗养院疗养的99名海勤人员为研究对象,根据心理训练方法的不同分成3组,对照组、音乐放松训练组与生物反馈放松训练组。对照组采用单纯常规心理支持,音乐放松训练组与生物反馈训练组分别在常规心理支持的基础上施以音乐放松训练和生物反馈训练,3组均集中3周时间进行,对治疗前后的HRV结果进行比较分析。结果对照组干预前后无显著性差别;音乐放松训练组训练3周后,出现了频域指标低频功率(LF)的下降和高频功率(HF)的升高,差异无统计学意义;生物反馈训练组训练3周后,出现了频域指标LF(训练前:69.65±17.70,训练后:59.09±19.95)、LF/HF(训练前:3.62±2.88,训练后:2.27±1.99)的下降和HF(训练前:30.35±17.69,训练后:40.90±19.95)的升高(P<0. 05),差异有统计学意义。结论 2种训练方法均可以诱导健康受试者心率变异性发生变化。生物反馈训练组差异达到显著性水平,具有统计学意义。生物反馈训练更适合疗养期间对正常海勤人员进行放松训练。Objective To study quantitative changes of heart rate variability(HRV)in naval afloat personnel by using two kinds of relaxation training methods,so as to provide solid evidence for the selection of different psychological training methods during convalescent time.Methods By occupation stratification,99 volunteers from naval afloat personnel were divided into 3 groups:the control group,the music relaxation training group and the biofeedback training group.The control group received routine psychological support,while the music relaxation training group and the biofeedback training group were respectively supplemented with music relaxation and biofeedback in addition to routine psychological support as received by the control group.The above-mentioned training was completed within 3 weeks.HRV results were compared and analyzed both before and after training.Results After 3 weeks,there were no significant differences in HRV for the control group,when comparisons were made between pre and post training.However,an increase in high frequency standard value(HF)and a decrease of low frequency standard value(LF)could be noted in the music relaxation training group,though they failed to reach a marked level.After 3 weeks of training,the LF[(69.65±17.70)vs(59.09±19.95)],LF/HF[(3.62±2.88)vs(2.27±1.99)] decreased and the HF[(30.35±17.69)vs(40.90±19.95)] increased in the biofeedback training group,which reached a significant level(P<0.05).Conclusion The latter 2 training methods could all induce changes of heart rate variability in healthy subjects.The heart rate variability of the biofeedback training group reached a significant level,with statistical significance.Biofeedback training was more suitable for the relaxation of normal naval afloat personnel during convalescent time.
