摘　　要：目的探讨不同体重C级、D级老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的血浆肥胖抑制素(obestatin)浓度与CAT评分、6分钟步行距离的相关性。方法选取COPD急性加重患者120例,根据BMI指数分为3组:A组为低体重组(BMI<18.5 kg/m2,40例)、B组为正常体重组[BMI在(18.5～24.9)kg/m2范围,40例]和C组为超体重组(BMI>24.9kg/m2,40例)。3组患者分别于入院时、出院时、出院后6个月和12个月测定血浆Obestatin浓度、记录CAT评分及6分钟步行距离。结果 3组患者在不同时间点血浆Obestatin浓度与CAT评分均呈正相关(P均<0.05),与6分钟步行距离均呈负相关(P均<0.05),并且CAT评分与6分钟步行距离均呈负相关(P均<0.05)。结论血浆Obestatin浓度与老年COPD患者CAT评分呈正相关性,与6分钟步行距离呈负相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation among plasma obestatin concentration and CAT score and 6-minute walking distance in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of different body weight.Methods 120 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were selected and divided into three groups according to BMI index:group A was low weight group(BMI<18.5 kg/m2,40 cases),group B was normal weight group[BMI in the range of(18.5-24.9)kg/m^2,40 cases)and group C was overweight group(BMI >24.9 kg/m^2,40 cases).The plasma obestatin concentration was measured at admission,discharge,6 months and 12 months after discharge,and the score of CAT questionnaire and 6 minutes walking distance were recorded.Results The plasma obestatin concentration was positively correlated with the CAT questionnaire score at different time points(P<0.05),negatively correlated with the 6-minute walking distance(P<0.05),and the CAT questionnaire score was negatively correlated with the 6-minute walking distance(P<0.05).Conclusion The plasma obestatin concentration is positively correlated with the score of CAT questionnaire in elderly COPD patients and negatively correlated with the 6-minute walking distance.
