摘　　要：目的评价在医院平台开展的HIV单阳家庭综合干预的效果。方法对216户单阳家庭进行干预和抗病毒治疗(ART),分别于干预前和干预后6月、12月、18月和24月进行问卷调查和CD4^+T淋巴细胞(简称CD4细胞)计数以及病毒载量测定。结果采取综合干预措施后,阴性配偶HIV抗体阳转率为0;干预6个月后,单阳家庭配偶双方艾滋病知识的知晓正确率达95%以上,最近半年每次使用安全套和最近一次使用安全套的比例均明显上升;治疗18个月后CD4细胞计数≥500个/μL的比例为38.07%,较干预前明显上升;干预12月后,HIV病毒抑制率在90.00%以上。结论发挥干预和治疗的作用,综合干预能有效预防HIV单阳家庭内的性途径传播。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention of HIV sero-discordant couples on hospital platforms.Methods 216 cases of HIV sero-discordant couples were intervened with antiretroviral treatment(ART).Questionnaire surveys were conducted respectively at pre-intervention,and 6,12,18 and 24 months post-intervention.At the same time,CD4+T lymphocytes count(CD4)and HIV virus load were determined.Results After comprehensive intervention,the HIV-positive rate of negative partners in sero-discordant couples was 0.After 6 months of intervention,the correct rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was over 95%in both partners of sero-discordant couples.The rate of condom use every time during last six months and the rate of condom use in the latest sex were both increased dramatically.The ratio of CD4≥500/μL was significant recovered after 18 months intervention,reaching to 38.07%.After 12 months intervention,the HIV suppression rate was over 90%.Conclusion The comprehensive intervention can effectively prevent the sexual transmission of HIV among HIV sero-discordant couples.
