协同护理模式在半面短小症患儿术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨协同护理模式(Collaboration care model,CCM)在半面短小症患儿术后护理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年6月至2017年6月收治的半面短小症行延长器植入术后的患儿100例,以便利抽样法分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例患儿,对照组患儿给予常规护理,试验组患儿在此基础上应用协同护理模式。比较两组患儿护理效果评分、口腔清洁度评分及依从性。结果试验组患儿依从性、口腔护理效果评分以及口腔清洁度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式可明显提高半面短小症患儿的术后护理效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of collaboration care model(CCM)in postoperative care for children with hemifacial microsomia(HM).Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,totally 100 children with HM who received extender implantation were randomly selected and divided equally into experimental group and control group by convenience sampling.The children in control group were treated with?routine nursing,while children in observation group were treated with CCM nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of nursing effect,oral cleanliness and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing?effect,oral cleanliness and compliance in the experimental group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CCM can significantly improve the postoperative nursing effect of children with hemifacial microsomia,which is worthy of clinical application.
