下肢慢性创面病人的生活质量、社会支持及其相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解下肢慢性创面病人的生活质量及社会支持状况,探讨两者的相关性。[方法]采用便利抽样的方法,抽取武汉市5家医院230名下肢慢性创面病人,使用慢性创面生活质量问卷和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行调查。[结果]下肢慢性创面病人的生活质量总分为(51.26±13.87)分,社会支持总分为(35.77±9.16)分,社会支持总分与生活质量总分呈负相关。[结论]下肢慢性创面病人的生活质量水平较低,社会支持度不高,社会支持度与生活质量呈正相关。Objective:To investigate the status and the correlation between quality of life and social support in patients with lower extremity chronic wound.Methods:Two hundreds and thirty patients with lower extremity chronic wounds were recruited from 5 hospitals in Wuhan by convenience sampling method.The quality of life questionnaire of chronic wound and the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used for survey.Results:The total score of the quality of life in patients with lower extremities chronic wounds was 51.26±13.87,and the score of the social support was 35.77±9.16.The total score of the social support was negatively correlated with the total score of the quality of life.Conclusion:Patients with lower extremity chronic wounds have a lower quality of life and social support,and the social support is positively correlated with quality of life.
