摘 要:为探究动态分层递进教学对高校气排球课程教学和学习效果的影响,运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、教学实验等方法,以浙江师范大学行知学院气排球选项课的2个班级为实验对象,进行了动态分层递进教学模式的教改实验.结果表明:动态分层递进教学模式,对于气排球选项课教学的部分效果优于常规教学模式,为促进学生学习气排球提供了可行有效的新教学方法;促进了学生参与气排球运动动机的提高;拉近了学生之间的距离,增强了学生的合作和竞争意识;为教师提供了很好的教学反馈信息.最后提出了相关实施建议:1)注意整个过程中的动态评价,把握好每个层次学生的学习特点和练习时机;2)高校根据实际情况在体育选项课中适当开展分层递进教学等.In order to explore the impact of dynamic stratified progressive teaching on the teaching and learning effects of college balloon volleyball courses, it was used literature, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, teaching experiment methods et c., and two classes of the volleyball elective course of Xingzhi College, Zhejiang Normal University, as experimental subjects, the teaching reform experiment of dynamic hierarchical progressive teaching mode was carried out. The results showed that the dynamic stratified progressive teaching mode was better than the regular teaching mode for the teaching of the balloon volleyball elective course, which provided a feasible and effective new teaching method for students to learn balloon volleyball;The implementation of the dynamic stratified progressive teaching mode promoted the improvement of students′ motivation to participate in balloon volleyball;The dynamic stratified progressive teaching mode narrowed the distance between students and enhanced students′ cooperation and competition awareness;Provided good teaching feedback for teachers. The relevant implementation suggestions were proposed for the dynamic hierarchical progressive teaching mode. The implementation of teaching mode should pay attention to the dynamic evaluation in the whole process, grasp the learning characteristics and practice time of each level of students;According to the actual situation, colleges and universities should carry out hierarchical and progressive teaching in the sports option class.
