摘　　要：近年来,作为社会毒瘤的传销活动愈演愈烈,传销活动的方式更加复杂、欺骗性更强。不少大学生被骗入传销组织,他们的人身安全和财产安全受到极大的威胁,社会影响也极为恶劣。为保护大学生的合法权益,维护社会秩序的稳定,剖析传销的内涵、外延、特点及违法性,系统提出相关策略性措施,有效打击传销组织的非法活动,才能维护被骗入传销组织大学生的合法权益。In recent years,as a social cancer,the pyramid selling activity has grown in intensity,and the ways of pyramid selling are more complicated and more deceitful.More and more college students are deceived into pyramid selling organization.Their personal safety and property security is extremely threatened,and the social impact of pyramid schemes is extremely bad.To protect the legitimate rights and interests of college students and maintain the stability of society,connotation,extensions,characteristics and illegality of the pyramid selling activities are analyzed and countermeasures are systematically put forward.Only by effectively cracking down on illegal activities of pyramid marketing organizations can the legitimate rights and interests of college students who have been cheated into pyramid marketing organization be protected.
