高校IT服务运维外包收益分析

摘　　要：现阶段全国各高等学校对信息化建设都投入大量的人力、物力,以期通过教育信息化带动教育现代化,实现教育的跨越式发展。不过现状却是部分高等学校陷入了信息化建设高投入、低产出的怪圈。高等学校IT服务运维方面的现状,从人员、资源、技术、过程等几个IT运维服务要素方面,分析相关成因,并就IT运维服务外包的收益,从效益提升、效率提升、降低风险、专注于教学科研、管理简单、提升满意度等几个方面进行了详细论述。At present,all colleges and universities in China have invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the construction of information,in order to promote the modernization of education through educational information and realize the great-leapforward development of education.However,the current situation is that some colleges and universities are trapped in the vicious circle of high input and low output.In this paper,the present situation of IT service operation and maintenance in colleges and universities is analyzed from the aspects of personnel,resources,technology and process and other factors of IT operation and maintenance,and the related causes are analyzed.The benefits of IT operation and maintenance outsourcing are raised on the following aspects,such as benefit promotion,efficiency promotion,reduction of the risk,the focus on the teaching and scientific research,the simple management and the promotion of satisfaction.
