摘　　要：文章针对高速铁路列车运营特点及调度员的岗位职责,分析了高速铁路列车调度员培训的重要性及依托仿真系统对新职高铁调度员开展实作培训的必要性,构建了高速铁路列车调度指挥仿真系统,并设计了层次化、阶梯式的实训及考核评估方案。实践表明,该实训模式有效提高了学员对高速铁路调度指挥环境的适应能力,培养了学员的调度技能、团队协作能力及应急处置能力。Based on the characteristics of high-speed railway train operation and the job duties of dispatchers,this article analyzes the importance of high-speed railway train dispatcher training and the necessity of implementing the practical training for new high-speed railway dispatchers,constructs the high-speed railway train dispatching command simulation system,and designs a hierarchical step-by-step practical training and assessment program,and the practice shows that this practical training mode can effectively improve the students ability to adapt to the high-speed railway dispatching command environment,and trains the students dispatching skills,teamwork ability and emergency response capabilities.
