摘 要:针对内孔车削过程中车刀刀杆长径比较大的情况下容易发生颤振的问题,通过改进车刀结构减小振幅的办法降低切削颤振。建立了车刀刀杆几何模型,利用仿真软件对普通车刀刀杆和减振刀杆进行模态分析﹑谐响应分析,确定固有频率和相应的振型以及谐响应图谱,比较在共振点附近的振幅。结果表明,减振刀杆在共振点附近振幅降低,具有较好的减振效果。In order to solve the problem that the tool rod flutter easily occurs when the length and diameter of the turning tool are relatively large,improving the structure of the turning tool can reduce the cutting flutter and the amplitude.It builds the geometric model of the tool bar,analyzes the modal data and harmonic response result of the tool bar and the vibration reduction tool bar in the simulation software,determines the natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes,and obtains the harmonic response spectrum at the same frequency.Comparing the amplitudes near the resonance point,the results show that the amplitude of vibration reduction is reduced near the resonance point and has a good damping effect.
