摘　　要：PVC人造革是将聚氯乙烯树脂(PVC)、增塑剂、稳定剂等组成的混合物涂覆或贴合在基材上面得到的一种仿皮革塑料制品。PVC人造革的外观近似天然皮革,具有色泽鲜艳、质地较轻和强度高、耐磨、耐折、耐酸碱性优良的特性,并且成本低廉、加工方便。本文从专利分析角度分析了该技术领域的专利分布情况,并从技术角度重点详细介绍了PVC人造革的技术发展路线和技术手段-技术功效,并对该领域重要申请人的研发技术进行了分析。PVC artificial leather is a kind of imitation leather plastic product which is manufactured by coating or jointing polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC) composition including plasticizer and stabilizer on the substrate. PVC artificial leather has appearance similar to natural leather and always has excellent characteristics such asbright color, light texture, high strength, wear resistance, folding resistance, acid and alkali resistance. Also it is low cost and easy processing. This paper analyzed the patents distribution of this technology field, presented the technical development route and technical means-technical efficacy in detail and analyzed the research and development of important applicants in this field.
