摘　　要：在产品包装过程中,常常出现透明纸未包裹完全造成飞包现象。基于光纤传感器设计了一种飞包检测装置,能够准确地检测到缺陷包装,并在指定位置将该缺陷包装剔除,另外在OPC上显示飞包导致的剔除量。该设计通过现场测试,结果表明完全能够达到飞包检测和剔除的设计需求。During the procedure of package,it always appeared flying bag caused by cellophane paper was not unwrapped completely.This paper designs a detect device based on optical fiber sensor,which is accurate detect the unqualified package,and reject the unqualified package in designated location,besides,the rejection quantity caused by flying bag is displayed in the OPC.This design pass through the on-site test,and the conclusion is reached to design requirement that is detect and reject the flying bag.
