摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术老年患者领悟社会支持与心理一致感的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,选取150例腹腔镜手术老年患者作为研究对象,采用领悟社会支持量表与心理一致感量表进行调查。结果腹腔镜手术老年患者领悟社会支持总分为(58. 91±8. 07)分,心理一致感总分为(59. 73±8. 73)分,处于中等水平。患者领悟社会支持与心理一致感的总分及各维度间均呈正相关(P <0. 01)。结论腹腔镜手术老年患者领悟社会支持和心理一致感有待提高,医务人员应加强对患者社会支持系统的评估,并采取针对性措施,增强患者的心理一致感,促进身心健康。Objective To investigate the relationship between perceived social support and sense of coherence in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to 150 elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery by using Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)and Sense of Coherence-13(SOC-13).Results The score of PSSS was(58.91±8.07)and the score of SOC-13 was(59.73±8.73),which were at a medium level.The perceived social support was positively correlated with the sense of coherence(P<0.01).Conclusion The perceived social support and sense of coherence needs to be improved in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.It is required to strengthen the evaluation on patients’social support system and take targeted measures l,thereby enhancing the patient's sense of coherence and promoting physical and mental health.
