火针联合聚肌胞注射液治疗扁平疣的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨火针联合聚肌胞注射液治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法随机将90例扁平疣患者分为A、B、C 3组,各30例,A组单用聚肌胞注射治疗,B组单用火针疗法治疗,C组采用火针疗法联合聚肌胞注射治疗。观察3组治疗效果及复发情况。结果 A、B、C 3组治疗有效率分别为70. 00%、80. 00%、100. 00%,C组有效率明显高于B、C 2组(P <0. 05)。治疗后随访3个月,A组8例复发,B组3例复发,C组无患者复发;治疗后随访6个月,A组5例复发,B组2例复发,C组无患者复发。结论火针联合聚肌胞注射液治疗扁平疣治愈率高,复发率低,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of fire needle combined with polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection in the treatment of flat wart.Methods Totally 90 patients with flat wart were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,30 cases in each group.The patients in group A were treated with polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection alone,those in group B with fire needle alone,and those in group C with combination of fire needle and polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection.The therapeutic effect and recurrence condition were observed among three groups.Results The response rates of groups A,B and C were respectively 70.00%,80.00% and 10.00%,and the response rate of group C was significantly higher than those of groups A and B(P<0.05).At three months after treatment,there were 8 cases in the group A and 3 cases in the group B diagnosed with recurrence of flat wart.At six months after treatment,there were 5 cases in the group A and 2 cases in the group B diagnosed with recurrence of flat wart.There was no recurrence observed in the group C during follow-up.Conclusion Fire needle combined with polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid injection in the treatment of flat wart has advantages of high cure rate and low recurrence rate,so it deserves to be popularized in clinic.
