摘　　要：目的追踪非住院全麻下儿童口腔治疗术后3个月未按时复诊的原因,提供针对性护理对策。方法对全麻下儿童口腔治疗手术的患儿进行追踪,分析术后3个月的复诊情况,并对未按时复诊的患儿进行电话回访,了解其未复诊的原因,并督促复诊。结果随访130例患儿中,46例患儿术后3个月内零复诊。全麻术后未复诊的原因包括患儿家长口腔卫生保健知识欠缺、医护人员宣教不到位、家庭距离远、候诊时间长等。结论应针对上述原因提出有针对的护理对策,提高全麻术后复诊率,确保术后远期效果。Objective To investigate the reasons of non-attendance for return visits among children following dental surgery under general anesthesia,and to provide the nursing countermeasures.Methods Children who underwent the dental surgery under general anesthesia between January 2017 and April 2018 were followed for three months after discharge.The attendance status of return visits in three months after the surgery was analyzed,and reasons of non-attendance were investigated by telephone interviews.Results Among 130 children followed up for three months,46 cases failed to attend the return visits.Findings of telephone interviews showed that the lack of oral health care knowledge among parents,inadequate propaganda and education of medical staff,long distance between home and clinic and long waiting time were potential reasons causing non-attendance for return visits among children following dental surgery under general anesthesia.Conclusion Targeted nursing countermeasures should be carried out to improve the attendance rate of return visits,in order to ensure the long-term effect among children following dental surgery under general anesthesia.
