集束化管理策略在小儿高热惊厥急救护理中的运用

摘　　要：回顾性分析24例在急诊输液室输液治疗时发生高热惊厥的患儿的临床资料。科室启用基于集束化管理的高热惊厥急救流程,具体措施包括:对小儿高热惊厥的急救流程进行模拟和应急演练,对所需物资进行集束化管理,制作小儿高热惊厥急救箱,加强护理人员急救技能培训。本组患儿均抢救成功,小儿高热惊厥急救物资单人应答所需时间(20. 80±2. 24) s,双人应答所需时间(14. 80±2. 24) s。对小儿高热惊厥的急救流程进行集束化管理,能迅速、有效地落实急救措施,对提高小儿高热惊厥的救治成功率、降低并发症发生风险具有积极意义。This paper reviewed the clinical data and emergency nursing care of 24 children with febrile convulsion during the intravenous fluid therapy.The bundled strategies were set up to manage the emergency nursing care of febrile convulsion in children.Bundled strategies mainly included simulated training and emergency drill of emergency management of febrile convulsion,bundled management of emergency goods and materials,application of self-made first-aid case,enhancement of training of emergency nurses.All children were rescued successfully.The singular and double response time to emergency goods and materials was(20.80±2.24)seconds and(14.80±2.24)seconds,respectively.The bundled strategies could effectively and timely implement the emergency nursing interventions of febrile convulsion,in order to ensure the safety of children and reduce the risk of complications.
