摘　　要：本文总结1例严重腹部外伤术后并发胃瘫患者的营养支持治疗。护理要点包括营养监测、消化液回输护理、提高营养支持耐受性、心理护理等。肠内营养液联合胃液回输,能够有效避免营养支持的中断,对促进患者康复具有积极作用。This paper summarize the nutrition support therapy for a patient with gastroplegia after severe abdominal trauma.Key points of nursing management included nutritional monitoring,care on reinfusion of digestive juice,improvement on tolerance of nutrition support,psychological care.The combination of enteral nutrient solution and reinfusion of digestive juice is effective for the continuous nutritional support and rehabilitation of patients after severe abdominal trauma.
