摘　　要：研究生思想政治教育工作是高校人才培养工作中的重要组成部分和关键环节。高年级研究生思想政治教育工作一直以来都是高校学生思想政治教育工作中的难点和短板,“南风效应”是心理学中一个较为基本的理论效应,如何将其合理运用到高年级研究生思想政治教育工作中,对于从贴近学生实际、学生乐于接受的角度开展好各项工作,具有重要的理论和现实意义。The ideological education of postgraduates is an important part and key point in the work of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities.The ideological education of senior postgraduates has always been the difficulty and shortcoming in the ideological education of College students.The“South Wind Effect”is a relatively basic theoretical effect in psychology.How to apply it reasonably in the field of ideological education of senior postgraduates is very important to personnel training.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to Ideological work for Students.
