摘  要:研究一种稀土永磁同心式电磁齿轮结构(REPCEMG),该结构定子绕组可取代同心式永磁齿轮的永磁外转子,不仅取消了一层永磁体,而且还具有无级调速特性。基于ANSYS环境,建立REPCEMG仿真模型,给出REPCEMG齿槽转矩及各参数值的初步确定方法,利用控制变量法对永磁体厚度、气隙厚度、调磁极块厚度及调磁极块占空比等参数与转矩密度关系进行仿真分析,并对上述参数逐一优化。结果表明,优化后的输出转矩较优化前提升了15. 1%,而转矩波动幅值则降低了27. 5%;优化后的输出转速继续稳定在96. 7 r/min附近,其波幅较优化前降低35%,优化后的各参数值可使REPCEMG性能得以大幅提高。A structure of rare earth permanent coaxial electromagnetic magnetic gear (REPCEMG) was presented.Its stator winding can replace the permanent magnet outer rotor of the coaxial magnetic gear,and the new structure has one rotor and double air gap.It not only cancels a permanent magnet,but also has characteristic of stepless speed regulation.The simulation model of REPCEMG was established based on the ANSYS environment.A method for determining the torque and parameters of REPCEMG was given,and the preliminary design was made.The simulation analysis of the relationship between the parameters such as the thickness of the permanent magnet,the thickness of the air gap,the thickness of the magnetic pole and the ratio of the magnetic pole to the torque density was carried out,and the above parameters were optimized one by one.The results show that the optimized output torque was increased by 15.1% and the he torque amplitude was decreased by 27.5%.The optimized output speed was maintained near by 96.7 r/ min,its amplitude was decreased by 35%.This indicates that the optimized parameters can improve the performance of REPCEMG.
