摘  要:通过分子标记辅助选择结合传统育种技术进行抗稻瘟病(Pyricularia grisea)水稻新品种的选育。以南溪3号为受体,抗稻瘟病恢复系R432为供体,经过多代轮回选育,培育出米质优、抗性强、配合力高的早稻恢复系R677。Marker-assisted selection and traditional breeding technique were used in rice Pyricularia grisea breeding.R677,derived from donor restorer line R432 which has resistance to rice Pyricularia grisea and receptor Nanxi No.3 with multi-generation backcross selection,was an early rice restorer line with high quality,good resistant and high combining ability.
