辣蓼粗提物防治烟草地下害虫的初步研究

摘　　要：将辣蓼(Polygonum hydroiper L.)粗提物作为植物源农药进行简便制备并用于烟草地下害虫的防治。结果表明,辣蓼粗提物能有效防治栽后5～15 d烟草地下害虫,防虫效果持续时间长且对烟叶生长无不良影响,防效可达45%～80%;干草固液混合物根部液浇法地下害虫为害率与对照(CK)达极显著水平,与高效氯氟氰菊酯处理达显著水平,栽后5～15 d防效达66%～80%,较普遍使用的高效氯氟氰菊酯防效可提升35%～60%。The crude extract of Polygonum hydroiper was used as a plant source pesticide to prevent and control the underground pest of tobacco.The experiment showed that the crude extract of Polygonum hydroiper could effectively prevent and control the underground insect of 5~15 days after planting.It had long duration and no effect on the growth of tobacco,and the control effect could reach 45%~80%;The control efficacy of liquid mixture was 66%~80%,and it was 35%~60%higher than that of the efficacy of high performance permethrin.
