摘　　要：2018年9月18日,第11届中国—东盟智库战略对话论坛在中国广西南宁举行,与会的中国及东盟专家学者围绕"携手共建中国—东盟命运共同体,实现共同发展与互利共赢"的会议主题,以及"中国—东盟建立战略伙伴关系15周年回顾与展望""共建21世纪海上丝绸之路的理论与实践""共建共享中新互联互通南向通道""中国—东盟创新开放合作"和"加强中国与东盟人文交流合作"等5个议题展开交流与研讨,本文对与会专家学者的主要观点进行综述。On September 18,2018,the 11^th China-ASEAN Think Tank Strategic Dialogue Forum was held in Nanning,Guangxi,China.All representatives and scholars from China and ASEAN countries carried out broad and in-depth dialogues,exchanges and discussions which were centered around the forum theme“Jointly Building China-ASEAN Community of Shared Future for Common Development and Mutual Benefit”and the forum topics“Review and Prospect of the 15th Anniversary for China-ASEAN Strategic Partnership”,“Theory and Practice of Jointly Building the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road”,“Jointly Building China-Indochina Peninsular Economic Corridor”,“Promoting China-ASEAN Innovation Capacity Cooperation”and“Strengthening People-to-People Exchanges and Cultural Cooperation between China and ASEAN”.This article aims to summarize major opinions and ideas of the representatives.
