闽台产业合作转型探析——基于台资在福建区域分布的视角

摘　　要：【目的/意义】改革开放以来,闽台两岸产业合作与分工是伴随着台资投资大陆地区两岸经贸合作展开的,两岸产业有着很强的互补性,但是还存在一些问题影响着两岸的进一步发展。【方法/过程】阐述闽台产业合作的发展演进,描述闽台产业合作具体的分布领域和区域,分析闽台产业合作当中存在的问题。【结果/结论】闽台产业合作随着世界贸易环境发生了巨大的变化,且福建在21世纪海上丝绸之路中所处的关键性位置给闽台合作带来了新的契机,闽台产业合作转型势在必行。在此基础上,提出福建和台湾应进一步完善配套的产业链建设,共同打造区域产业链体系,加强合作创新机制、共同提升国际产业链分工地位的对策建议,以期为闽台产业合作提供积极的思路。【Objective/Meaning】Since the reform and opening up,the industrial cooperation and labor division between Fujian and Taiwan have been developed along with Taiwan-funded investment on the economic and trade cooperation across strait.The industries of Fujian and Taiwan could complement each other to a large extent,but there are still some problems affecting the further cooperation of both sides.【Methods/Procedures】In this paper,we described the development and evolution of industrial cooperation,summarized the distribution areas and regions,and analyzed the existing problems in Fujian-Taiwan industrial cooperation.【Results/Conclusions】It is suggested that the industrial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan has undergone tremendous changes with the world trade environments,and the key position of Fujian in the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road has brought new opportunities for cooperation between both sides,which indicating that the transformation of industrial cooperation is imperative.On this basis,we propose to improve the construction of supporting industrial chain in Fujian and Taiwan,build a regional industrial chain system together,strengthen innovation on cooperation mechanisms,and jointly improve the division of international industrial chain,hoping to provide positive suggestions for Fujian-Taiwan industrial cooperation.
