摘　　要：探讨刘宝厚教授对慢性肾衰病机规律、辨证规律、治疗原则等的认识,辨析温肾健脾泄浊汤立法依据、组方思路、适用范围和应用方法,研究挖掘其学术经验,以促进传承及推广应用。By discussing professor Liu Baohou′s understanding to the laws of the pathogenesis of chronic renal failure(CRF),the laws of syndrome differentiation,therapeutic principles and others,the reference of the formation of kidney-warming spleen-invigorating turbidity-discharging decoction,the thinking of the formation,the application range and application methods are differentiated to study and dig up his academic experience,promote the inheritance,spreading and application.
