欣悦安神贴治疗中老年失眠症62例

摘　　要：目的:观察欣悦安神贴治疗中老年心肾不交型失眠的疗效。方法:选择62例患者为研究对象,给予欣悦安神贴贴敷治疗,1周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,观察患者临床疗效、SPIEGEL量表评分。结果:入睡时间、总睡眠时间、夜醒次数、睡眠深度、夜间做梦情况、醒后感觉、总评分等SPIEGEL量表积分治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。62例患者中痊愈5例(8.0%),显效27例(43.5%),有效26例(41.9%),无效4例(6.4%),总有效率93.6%。结论:欣悦安神帖治疗中老年人心肾不交型失眠,可改善睡眠质量,临床疗效满意。Objective:To observe clinical effects of XinYue AnShen paste in treating the middle-aged and senile patients with insomnia of heart-kidney disharmony pattern.Methods:All 62 patients were chosen as the research objects and given XinYue AnShen paste sticking,one week was one course.TCM syndrome scores,SPIEGEL scales and clinical symptoms of the patients were observed after they were treated for three consecutive courses.Results:The difference had statistical meaming in the comparison of SPIEGEL scales including the time of falling asleep,total sleep time,the times of waking up at night,sleep depth,the conditions of dreaming at night,the feeling after waking up,total scores and others before treating and after treating(P<0.01).Among them,there were five cases cured(8%),27 cases markedly effective(43.5%),26 cases effective(41.9%)and four cases ineffective(6.4%),total effective rate was 93.6%.Conclusion:XinYue AnShen paste in treating the middle-aged and senile patients with insomnia of heart-kidney disharmony pattern could improve sleep quality and obtain satisfactory effects.
