装配式混凝土建筑构件进场检验的分析与探讨

摘　　要：对装配式混凝土建筑构件进场检验环节所依据的相关标准进行了对比分析。分析表明:现行标准中构件进场检验项目的技术指标存在着不协调之处,部分进场检验项目的可操作性存在问题。探讨了现行标准在预制混凝土构件可装配性方面技术规定的缺失和不足,提出了完善预制混凝土构件进场检验需要进一步研究的内容,可为预制混凝土构件进场检验相关检测技术研究和标准修订提供参考。In this paper,the standards relating to Precast Concrete Component(PCC)of assembled building with concrete structure are studied.It is found that there is incoordination of some technical parameters of the same items in different standards.And some site inspection items is not operable.The deficiency and the shortage of the technical requirements on the assemblability of existing standards relating to PCC are discussed.Further research comments on PCC site inspection are proposed and can be used as references for inspection technique study and standard revision in the future.
