摘  要:为保证厌氧消化长期稳定运行,提高反应底物的发酵效率,需对厌氧消化过程进行精准的监控,并对可能出现的风险进行预警。文章针对不同类型的发酵底物及运行条件,筛选出最佳预警指标并评估其预警性,建立预警指标体系,对于未来行业发展具有重要的指导意义。文章总结了国内外厌氧消化过程预警研究现状,分析了现有失稳预警指标及其特点,预警表征方法、过程监控方法与技术,同时提出了现有研究存在的问题与未来发展方向。To ensure long-term stable operation of anaerobic digestion process and improve the digestion efficiency,the accurate monitoring of digestion process and the timely warning for possible risks are necessary.Therefore,it is of great significance for industry to screen out the most appropriate early warning indicator and assess its warning performance with different substrates and operating conditions.In this paper,the status of domestic and abroad research on early warning for anaerobic digestion were summarized.The current indicators and their characteristics,warning representation methods,as well as the method and technology of process monitoring,were all analyzed.Furthermore,the existing problems and potential perspective were put forwand.
