摘  要:学校文化环境影响着高校体育教师的专业发展。文章通过问卷调查,探讨高校体育教师对专业发展环境的感知及环境对个体发展的意义。结果表明:高校体育教师与同事和学生关系和谐,与行政管理人员存在隔阂;高校体育教师基本认同教学和科研创新实践,但能动性受限;提高物质生活水平和改善社会、学校文化环境有利于高校体育教师的专业发展。The school culture environment affects the professional development of college physical education teachers.Through questionnaire survey,this paper explores the perception of college PE teachers on the professional development environment and the significance of the environment to individual development.The results are as follows:The relationship between college physical education teachers and colleagues and students is harmonious,and there is a gap between them and administrative staff;college physical education teachers basically agree with teaching and research innovation practice,but their mobility is limited;improve material living standards and Improving the social and school cultural environment factors is conducive to the professional development of college physical education teachers.
