摘  要:为明确GHR基因F279Y位点对河北地区中国荷斯坦奶牛泌乳性能的影响,以河北地区859头中国荷斯坦牛为试验材料,采用PCR-RFLP法对GHR基因F279Y位点进行了遗传多态性分析,并利用混合动物模型分析了GHR基因F279Y位点突变对乳脂率、乳脂量、乳蛋白率、乳蛋白量和305 d产奶量5个泌乳性状的影响。结果表明:共检测到TT、TA和AA计3种基因型,其频率分别为0.394 6、0.544 8和0.060 5;等位基因T和A的频率分别为0.667 1和0.332 9。该碱基突变对乳脂率的影响达到了显著水平,而对乳脂量、乳蛋白率、乳蛋白量和305 d产奶量影响不显著;多重比较结果表明,TT基因型的乳脂率显著高于AA基因型;AA和TA、TT和TA基因型之间无显著差异。说明GHR基因突变对河北地区中国荷斯坦奶牛泌乳性状有较大的遗传效应,可用于泌乳性状的分子标记辅助选择。To make clear the effect of F279 Y locus of GHR gene on the milk performance in Chinese Holstein in Hebei Province,the polymorphism of F279 Y locus of GHR gene were investigated by PCR-RFLP in a population of 859 Chinese Holstein in Hebei Province. The effects of F279 Y locus mutation of GHR gene on the milk fat rate,milk fat content,milk protein rate,milk protein content and 305-day milk yield were analyzed by mixed animal model. The results showed that three kinds of genotypes were found and the genotypic frequencies of TT,TA and AA were 0.394 6,0.544 8 and 0.060 5,respectively. Additionally,the gene frequencies of T and A were 0.667 1 and 0.332 9,respectively. The F279 Y locus mutation had significant effect on the milk fat rate,while it had no significant effect on the milk fat content,milk protein rate,milk protein content and305-day milk yield. The cows with TT genotype had obviously higher milk fat rate than those with TA and AA genotypes,while no significant difference were observed in milk production traits between TA and AA genotypes. GHR gene mutation had great effect on the milk production traits and could be a useful genetic marker in Chinese Holstein breeding.
