摘  要:为实现锰氧化物与被处理废水的轻易分离以及再利用目的,以湿法纺甲基丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物/丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚物共混中空纤维为基质,在加热条件下,于不同pH值高锰酸钾溶液中处理中空纤维,将原位生成的锰氧化物负载于中空纤维内外表面,分析其形貌、表面元素,并对其催化过氧化氢氧化阳离子蓝染料性能进行研究。结果表明:在pH值为14.4高锰酸钾溶液中制得的复合中空纤维具有最佳的催化活性,在0.5 mL H_2O_2存在下,90 min内阳离子蓝去除率可达94.4%,第2、第3次重复使用时阳离子蓝去除率分别为79.3%和57.2%。In order to achieve the purpose of separating manganese oxide from the treated water and reusing it,a hollow fiber based on the blend of poly(butyl methacrylate-co-hydroxyethyl methacrylate)and poly(butyl acrylate-co-hydroxyethyl methacrylate),which was prepared by wet spinning,was treated in potassium permanganate solutions that had different pH values under the condition of heating.Then the in-situ generated manganese oxide was loaded on the inner and outer surfaces of hollow fiber.Its morphology and surface elements were analyzed;additionally,its performance to catalyze H2O2 to oxidize cationic blue was also researched.The related results showed that the composite hollow fiber prepared in the potassium permanganate solution of a pH of 14.4 had the best catalytic activity among all the samples.At 90 min,the removal efficiency of cationic blue reached up to 94.4%in the presence of 0.5 mL H2O2,and when it was used for the second or third time,the removal efficiency of cationic blue was 79.3%or 57.2%.
