摘 要:为了提高纤维素纤维的断裂强度,首先合成出含有6个亚甲基的液晶基元4-(ω-(甲基咪唑)烷氧基)-4′-(氰基)-(联苯),并将其溶于纤维素/AMIMCl中得到纤维素液晶溶液,进而通过干湿法纺丝工艺制备了高强度的纤维素纤维;通过磁场、正交实验和DSC研究了纤维素液晶的织构转变。结果表明:当液晶基元的质量分数为3%、温度为70~80℃、磁场强度为70~80 A/m时,扇形织构转变为球形织构,且温度为70℃、磁场强度为70 A/m和温度为80℃、磁场强度为80 A/m是织构转变的最佳条件;DSC研究结果表明在70~80℃范围内出现相转变峰,且织构转变之后峰型更尖锐,温度范围更窄;纤维素液晶纤维的断裂强度达到3.17 cN/dtex,强度提高了40%,织构转变之后纤维强度提高的范围更大。In order to improve the breaking strength of cellulose fibers,4-(ω-(methylimidazolium)-6)-4′-(cyano)-(biphenyl)were dissolved in cellulose/AMIMCL solutions to generate cellulose liquid crystal solutions.The texture transformation properties were studied by orthogonal experiment,magnetic field and DSC,which high-strength cellulose fibers were prepared.The results showed that when the concentration of liquid crystal primer was 3%and the temperature ranged from 70℃to 80℃,and the magnetic field intensity changed from 70 A/m to 80 A/m,the texture of the liquid crystal was spherical.The best condition for the texture transformation was the temperature of 70℃,the magnetic field strength of 70 A/m,the temperature of 80℃and the magnetic field strength of 80 A/m;the DSC results showed that the phase transition peak appeared at 70-80℃,and the peak was more sharp while the temperature range was narrower after the texture transformation.The breaking strength of cellulose liquid crystal fiber reached 3.17 cN/dtex,the strength increased by 40%,the fiber strength increased even more after texturing.
