摘 要:南芬选矿厂新建三段磨选工艺,用来处理原工艺流程中难磨难选的筛上量和磁选柱中矿,充分解离回收矿石中的磁性铁,提高磨机能力和铁精矿产量。在生产运行初期,南芬选矿厂通过完善三段磨选工艺,开展三段磨选生产调试以及关键工序指标考察工作,目前三段磨选工艺已经正常运行。运行后对三段磨选工艺改造前后磨机能力指标进行对比分析,南芬选矿厂三段磨选工艺流程改造后,极大地释放了一、二段磨矿产能,增加精矿产量10.49万吨,经济效益可观,同时对解决选矿厂其它磨选工艺的共性问题提供了改造经验。Three new grinding processes were built in Nanfen mineral processing plant to deal with the difficult grinding and difficult sieve amount and magnetic column ore in the original process, to charge and decompose the magnetic iron from the recovered ore, and to improve the mill ability and iron concentrate yield. At the initial stage of production and operation, Nanfen dressing plant carried out three stages of grinding process, three stages of grinding production and commissioning and key process index inspection work. At present, the three-stage grinding process has been running normally. After the operation, the performance indicators of the grinder before and after the three-stage grinding process transformation were compared and analyzed. After the three-stage grinding process of the Nanfen dressing plant was reconstructed, the first and second stage grinding capacity was greatly released, and the concentrate output was increased by 104,900 tons. The economic benefits are considerable. At the same time, the paper provides experience to solve the common problems of other grinding processes in the processing plant.
