摘　　要：某电站三支点卧式混流式水轮发电机组在C修后出现导瓦频繁烧瓦及推力瓦温过高问题。通过了现场试验,分析了事故原因,修正了机组轴线、机组中心、导瓦同心度、轴瓦间隙等关键参数,调整了前导、中导轴瓦顶部间隙,改善了轴瓦润滑条件。经过处理,机组振摆大幅降低,瓦温稳定,机组运行状态良好。The problems of guide bush wear and high thrust bush temperature occurred in a three-fulcrum horizontal Francis turbine generator set after C-stage overhaul.Field tests were carried out to solve the problems.In the paper,the possible hydraulic,mechanical and electrical factors affecting the unit are analyzed,and the wrong overhaul strategy of the maintenance unit is corrected.The key parameters such as the axis of the unit,the level of the main shaft,the center of the unit,the concentricity of the guide bush and the clearance at the side of the bearing bush are corrected,and the clearance at the top of the bearing bush is adjusted.The lubrication condition of bushing is improved.After treatment,the vibration and swing of the unit are greatly reduced,the tile temperature is stable,and the unit runs well.
