摘  要:详细地介绍了厨电产品进行的一系列可靠性试验及失效分析的实施过程,包括产品使用环境的应力分析、试验方案制定、失效现象和失效原因分析等。分析结果表明,目前市场上广泛存在的LED显示板非正常显示的主要原因是整机外壳所带的电荷传导至弹簧电容,导致电容值发生变化,从而被芯片检测误判断有"触按",导致整机工作异常。更深层次的研究表明,弹簧高速振动撞击外壳油墨,产生了电荷,导致触摸按键的电容在人手指的触摸下发生了大幅度的变化,进而造成了开关机等"误按"失效现象的发生。A series of reliability tests and failure analysis of kitchen appliance are introduced in detail,including the stress analysis of the working environment of the product,the formulation of the test scheme,the failure phenomena and failure cause analysis.The results show that the main reason for the abnormal display of LED display panel widely existing in the market at present is that the charge carried by the shell of the whole machine is transmitted to the spring capacitance,which results in the change of the capacitance value.Then,the chip detection misjudged that there is a"touch button",which leads to abnormal operation of the whole machine.Deeper researches show that when the spring vibrates at high speed,it hits the outer casing ink and generates electric change,which causes the capacitance of the touch button to change greatly under the touch of the human finger.Thus,the"false press"failure phenomenon of the switch machine occurs.
