摘　　要：针对废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫(简称EPS)塑料来源广泛、物料性能不稳定、含有金属和非金属杂质、含有阻燃剂和发泡剂、含水量高的特性,从设备配置、生产工艺和维护使用的角度提出有效的改进方法和完善措施,设计了适应性广、产量高、能耗低、较低剪切速率、较高塑化能力、经济效益显著的双螺杆挤出机生产线。In view of the wide range of sources,unstable material properties,metal and non-metallic impurities,flame retardants and foaming agents and high water content of waste expanded polystyrene(EPS)plastic,from equipment configuration,production process and maintenance,this paper puts forward effective improvement measures,and designs a twin-screw extruder production line with wide adaptability,high output,low energy consumption,low shear rate,high plasticizing capacity and remarkable economic benefits.
