摘  要:应用改性酚醛树脂MPFR(modified phenol-formaldehyde resin)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)与相关助剂复配,通过在甲基异丁基甲酮MIBK(methyl isobutyl ketone)中溶解、混合分散、过滤等工艺过程,制备出改性酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶黏剂MP-NBRA(modified phenolic-butyronitrile rubber adhesive)。结果表明,研制的MP-NBRA能够粘结45#碳钢与不同氰基含量丁腈橡胶的硫化制品,试件破坏全部为橡胶内聚破坏。当MP-NBRA中添加5%硅烷偶联剂KH560时,剥离强度有明显提高。The modified phenolic-nitrile rubber adhesive was prepared by using modified phenolic resin,nitrile rubber,and related auxiliaries compound,which dissolved in the MIBK process such as mixing dispersion,filtration.The developed MP-NBRA can bond 45#carbon steel to vulcanized products of nitrile-butadiene rubber with different cyanogen content and all the damage of the samples is rubber cohesion damage.Adding 5%of KH560 in the modified phenolic-nitrile rubber adhesive,the peel strength was obviously improved.
