塑料免喷涂用条状铝颜料的制备与应用研究

摘　　要：通过球磨工艺控制、片状铝粒子表面改性处理、条状铝颜料配方设计以及载体选择等手段,制备一种适用于塑料免喷涂共混注塑工艺的无溶剂易分散型条状铝颜料,并研究了铝颜料的研磨时间对注塑样板表面光泽度的影响;不同偶联剂处理的铝粒子对样板表面光泽度和力学强度的影响;不同处理时间的铝粒子对样板表面光泽度和力学强度的影响;条状铝颜料的载体和用量对条状铝颜料在塑料中分散性和加工性能的影响;不同粒径大小的铝颜料对其在聚丙烯塑料中分散性的影响。In this paper,through the mill process control,Aluminum particles surface modification.The strip Aluminum pigment formula design and carrier selection,the author prepared a solvent-free and dispersible easily strip Aluminum pigment suitable for the plastic-free spraying mixed injection molding process.The effect of grinding time of Aluminum pigment on the gloss of injection mold was studied,he effect of Aluminum particles treated with different coupling agents on the gloss and mechanical strength of the sample was studied.The effects of carrier and dosage of the strip Aluminum pigment on dispersibility and processing properties in plastics was studied.The effect of different Aluminum particles size on the dispersibility of PP was studied.
