摘 要:选用粤糖93-159、ROC20、ROC22、川糖79-15、柳城03-182、盈育91-59等6个大田主推品种,进行温水脱毒健康种苗与常规种苗对比试验研究。结果表明:进行温水脱毒健康种苗具有显著的增产增糖效果。新植蔗有5个品种温水脱毒种苗比常规种苗增产,增产甘蔗2385~28425kg/hm2,增幅1.97%~22.09%;宿根蔗有5个品种温水脱毒种苗比常规种苗增产,增产甘蔗4410~30840 kg/hm2,增幅3.65%~21.16%。可见,种植温水脱毒健康种苗是防治甘蔗宿根矮化病(RSD)经济实用的措施,简单易学,在生产上应加快推广应用,可显著提高甘蔗产量,增加蔗农收入。Six main varieties(Yuetang93-159,ROC20,ROC22,Chuantang79-15,Liucheng03-182,and Yingyu91-59)were selected to conduct comparison test between warm-water treated seedlings and conventional seedlings.The results showed that the disease-free seedlings that have been treated with warm water have a significant effect on increasing cane yield and sucrose.Five treated varieties of new-plant crop increased cane yield by 2385~28425 kg/hm2(an increase of 1.97%~22.09%)compared with conventional seedlings.Five treated varieties of ratoon crop increased cane yield by 4410~30840 kg/hm2(an increase of 3.65%~21.16%)compared with conventional seedlings.It is indicated clearly that seedling treatment with warm water is an economical,practical and simple measure for preventing ratoon stunting disease(RSD).Its application and promotion would be significantly increase cane production and grower’s income.
