摘 要:减振槽是针对液压系统设计的一种降低冲击的凹槽。针对转套式配流系统的工作特点,在转套结构上设计了一种U型截面减振槽结构。建立工作过程中的配流特性数学模型,分析不同阶段的通流面积,重点研究减振槽在全流场数值模拟中对流量脉动、压力脉动、速度分布的影响,结果表明:U型减振槽结构流场流态为湍流,压力脉动较大,有压力冲击和降低的现象出现,但U型减振槽流场流速小、流向稳定,很大程度上降低了流量脉动,对流场具有良好的稳定作用。U型等截面减振槽结构的整体分析具有重要工程应用价值,为结构优化提供了理论依据。The damping groove is a reduced impact groove designed for the hydraulic system. For the working characteristics of rotating-sleeve distributing-flow system, a novel U-shaped uniform-section damping grooves is proposed. The mathematical modeling of its distribution characteristics is established. Then orifice area is analyzed under different stages. Particularly, this paper mainly researches on the influence of the damping grooves on the flow pulsation, pump chamber pressure and velocity vector in full flow field. The results show that the flow regime of its flow flied is turbulent flow. In addition, the terrible pressure fluctuation, pressure impact and pressure decay appear in it, but little flow velocity and straightforward flow direction are beneficial to flow pulsation and flow flied. The analysis of U-shaped damping grooves is of important engineering application value and the theoretical basis is provided for the structural optimization.
