摘  要:针对目前洗井过程复杂、耗时长、效果不理想的缺点,设计了四相分离反冲洗高压洗井车。利用气浮沉降技术、纤维球快速过滤技术、旋流除砂技术和磁过滤技术,该设备可以将洗井液中的泥沙、铁锈、污油进行分离,并将净化后的洗井液回注井内进行封闭循环洗井,具有一定的先进性与实用性。Due to the shortages of the complex,time-consuming and poor effect in the well washing process,four phase separation backwash high-pressure well washing vehicle is designed.The technologies of air flotation sedimentation,fiber ball rapid filtration,cyclone sand removal and magnetic filtration are adopted in the vehicle.The equipment can be used to separate the silt,rust and dirty oil in the well washing fluid and inject the purified well washing fluid into the well for closed recycle.It is of certain advanced and practical techniques.
