经尿道前列腺等离子电切术与传统电切术对前列腺增生患者性功能的影响

摘　　要：目的比较分析经尿道前列腺等离子电切术与传统经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生对患者性功能的影响。方法根据手术方式的不同,将80例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例患者。治疗组患者采用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术,对照组患者采用传统经尿道前列腺电切术。比较两组患者术前、术后各项指标和术后性功能情况,分析两组患者差异。结果两组患者基本情况无显著差异,治疗组患者术中、术后出血量少于对照组患者;治疗组患者留置尿管时间和住院时间小于对照组患者,术后性功能障碍发生率低于对照组患者。结论经尿道等离子前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生比传统经尿道前列腺电切术安全,并发症少,术后恢复快,对性功能影响小。Objective To compare and analyze the effects of transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy(TUPKP)and conventional transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods According to the different surgical methods,80 patients were divided into TUPKP group(40 cases)and TURP group(40 cases).The preoperative and postoperative indexes of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the basic conditions between the two groups.The volume of intraoperative and postoperative blood loss in the TUPKP group was less than that in the TURP group.Indwelling catheter time and length of hospital stay in the TUPKP group was shorter than that of TURP group.The incidence of postoperative sexual dysfunction was lower in the TUPKP group than that in the TURP group.Conclusions TUPKP is more effective than TURP in the treatment of BPH with fewer complications,rapid postoperative recovery and less effect on the sexual function.
