比较左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统与短效避孕药治疗无排卵性功血的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究分析左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统与短效避孕药在无排卵性功血治疗中的应用效果。方法随机选取2015年1月至2017年1彭州市人民医院在诊治的无排卵性功血患者80例作为研究对象,并将其分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组患者采用短效避孕药治疗,观察组患者采用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗,对比观察两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率(90.0%)明显高于对照组(70.0%),观察组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度(4.7±0.4)cm及血红蛋白水平(125.5±10.1)g/L明显(5.0±0.4)cm、(123.9±10.7)g/L,观察组患者月经状况改善效果明显优于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统能够显著改善无排卵性功血患者的临床症状,对稳定月经状况具有积极的影响作用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of the study on the application of the progesterone intrauterine system and the short-term contraceptive in the treatment of non-ovulation.Methods Randomly selected from our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 in admitted during the period of 80 patients with anovulatory sexual function as the research object,and it can be divided into observation group and control group,the control group were treated by short-acting contraceptives treatment,the observation group were treated by left acetylene connaught progesterone intrauterine slow-release system treatment,compared two groups of clinical therapeutic effect.Results Observation group of patients with clinical treatment efficiency(90.0%)is significantly higher than control group(70.0%),the observation group after treatment in patients with endometrial thickness(4.7±0.4)cm and hemoglobin levels(125.5±10.1)g/L(5.0±5.0)cm,obviously(123.9±10.7 g/L,menstrual improvement effect of observation group patients was better than control group,two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The progesterone intrauterine system can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients without ovulation,and it has a positive effect on the stable menstrual condition,and it is worthy of clinical application.
