摘　　要：目的比较切口妊娠患者应用经阴式子宫切口瘢痕妊娠病灶切除术与子宫动脉灌注栓塞术的临床效果,并观察其对患者性功能的影响。方法收集保定市第二中心医院2013年1月至2016年12月间收治的60例切口妊娠患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为A组与B组,各30例。A组给予经阴式子宫切口瘢痕妊娠病灶切除术治疗,B组给予子宫动脉灌注栓塞术治疗,对两组的临床效果与性功能进行观察。结果 A组患者在住院时间、治疗费用、月经恢复时间、HCG恢复正常时间方面的数值均低于B组,而A组手术时间、术中出血量和术后性功能评分均高于B组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论临床中对于子宫切口妊娠患者应用经阴式子宫切口瘢痕妊娠病灶切除术应用效果优于子宫动脉灌注栓塞术,促进月经的快速恢复,治疗费用低,住院时间短,对患者的性生活质量影响较小,值得临床中应用。Objective To compare the clinical effect of transvaginal uterine lesion resection of scar pregnancy and uterine artery perfusion embolization in patients with incision pregnancy,and to observe the influence on their sexual function of patients.Methods 60 patients with incision pregnancy in hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated with transvaginal uterine lesion resection of scar pregnancy,and group B was treated with uterine artery infusion embolization.The clinical effect and sexual function of the two groups were observed.Results The hospitalization time,treatment cost,menstruation recovery time and HCG recovery time in group A were lower or shorter than those in group B,while the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative sexual function scores in group A were better than those in group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Transvaginal uterine lesion resection of scar pregnancy in the treatment of incision pregnancy is of better effect than uterine artery embolization,which can promote rapid recovery of menstruation,with low treatment cost,shorter hospitalization time and less impact on the quality of sexual life of patients,thusly worthy of clinical application.
