摘　　要：目的探讨苄星青霉素联合头孢曲松治疗早期梅毒患者对其RPR阴转率、血清固定率的影响。方法选自淮安市第四人民医院于2014年6月至2016年6月期间收治的早期梅毒患者68例,按照随机表法分为观察组34例与对照组34例。观察组采用苄星青霉素联合头孢曲松治疗,对照组仅采用苄星青霉素治疗。两组疗程均为3周。比较两组治疗疗效,I期梅毒和II期梅毒症状消失时间,治疗后3个月、6个月和12个月RPR阴转率及治疗后血清固定率情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97. 06%)高于对照组(73. 53%),且差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组I期梅毒和II期梅毒症状消失时间快于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组3个月、6个月及12个月RPR阴转率高于对照组,且差异均具有统计学意义(均P <0. 05);观察组治疗后血清固定率(5. 88%)低于对照组(32. 35%),且差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论苄星青霉素联合头孢曲松治疗早期梅毒患者疗效明显,可以提高RPR阴转率和降低血清固定率,具有重要研究价值。Objective To investigate the effect of benzyl penicillin combined with ceftriaxone on the rate of RPR seroconversion and the rate of serum fixation in patients with early syphilis.Methods 92 patients with early syphilis in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).The observation group was treated with benzyl penicillin combined with ceftriaxone,while the control group was treated with benzyl penicillin.The two groups were treated for three weeks.The treatment efficacy,the disappearance time of stage I syphilis and stage II syphilis were compared,and the RPR negative conversion rate at 3,6 and 12 months after treatment and the rate of serum fixation after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency of observation group(97.06%)was higher than that of control group(73.53%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Symptoms of I syphilis and II syphilis in observation group disappeared faster than these of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The negative conversion rate of RPR at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after treatment in observation group was higher than these of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,serum fixed rate of observation group(5.88%)was lower than in that of control group(32.35%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Benzyl penicillin combined with ceftriaxone is effective in the treatment of early syphilis,which can improve the rate of RPR negative conversion and reduce the rate of serum fixation,with important research value.
