摘　　要：绿色PPP指政府资本与社会资本以合作方式向公众提供绿色技术设施与服务,以满足社会发展与大众需求。绿色PPP产业对我国绿色经济发展以及可持续发展具有重要意义。但由于绿色PPP项目普遍资金需求量较大,如果仅仅依靠政府部门或者个人部门的资金将难以维持项目的建设,需要为绿色PPP项目发展提供更多资金支持。本文从债券和基金两个重要金融领域出发,探究了绿色债券与绿色基金的融资模式及其对我国绿色PPP产业发展的意义,并提出促进我国绿色PPP产业发展的政策与建议。Green PPP means that government capital and social capital provide green technology facilities and services to the public in a cooperative manner to meet social development and public demand. The green PPP indus. try is of great significance to the development of China's green economy and sustainable development. However, due to the large amount of capital demand for green PPP projects, it is difficult to maintain the construction of the project if it relies solely on the funds of government departments or individual departments, so it is necessary to provide more financial support for the development of green PPP projects. Starting from the two important financial fields of bonds and funds, this paper explores the financing mode of green bonds and green funds and its significance to the development of China's green PPP industry, and proposes policy recommendations to promote the development of China's green PPP industry.
