摘　　要：随着东亚国际关系的变化,进入21世纪以后,日本社会出现了以"不允许享有在日特权的市民会"(以下简称"在特会")为代表的排外主义运动。"在特会"现象反映出日本新国家主义不仅在保守右派政治集团中盛行,而且在一般民间层面也得以扩散和强化。"在特会"散布的嫌韩、排外主义的社会影响力被政治所利用的可能性很高。"在特会"是原来新国家主义的历史修正主义(1)超越网络而形成的街头"行动的保守",因此有必要深层了解"在特会"在日本产生的"土壤"及其表现为"行动的保守"的渊源关系。We consider the cross section of the Net right wing' s anxiety and extravasation by systematically grasping the background and recent activities of the appearance of " Citizens' Association that can not tolerate privileges of Zainich (在日)". Here we focus on the right-turning phenomenon of Japanese society since the 1990s,as the background of the establishment of the " Special Assembly". In a nutshell,the discourse of " special society" is that the historical revisionism claimed by existing neo-nationalism has been transformed into a " conservative action" on the street beyond the Internet and is called " special society". It is necessary to emphasize the continuity of deep understanding of Japan' s " soil" that created the existence and how it is expressed in the form of " action to maintain action".
